We don’t use emulsifiers, fillers, or waxes — so our pure, natural formulations are more sensitive to heat.

In warm weather or during shipping, products may soften or melt, especially if left in hot mailboxes or on porches. This does not affect the quality or benefits of the product!

No worries! Here's what to do:

• Place the jar in the refrigerator until it firms up
• Keep in mind: Our whipped textures (like mousse!) may deflate once melted, so the jar might look less full.
• Even with a denser texture, the effectiveness remains the same — a little still goes a long way ✨
