What forms of payment does Spin Organics accept?

We are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards for Spin organics orders. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and offer flexible payments through Shop Pay.

What is your return policy?

Your happiness is our highest priority. If you are discontented with your SpinOrganics.com purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you have redeemed a complimentary promotional item with purchase, please be aware that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned items.

Only products purchased on SpinOrganics.com may be returned for a refund or exchange.

We can only accept returns on minimally used products (about less than 1/8th of the product). Jars that have been tampered with or filled with other creams are not eligible for returns.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on:

Items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.
Gift cards.

Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.

What is your Shipping Policy?

U.S. Domestic

Standard orders placed between Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within three business days.

FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 business days), automatically applies to "Contiguous United States" orders.

General

After you place an order on SpinOrganics.com, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within two hours after the order has been placed. After the two-hour window, we cannot guarantee the order will be immediately canceled.

Are your products vegan?

Not all our products are vegan. Twisted Cardamom Face Cream, Twisted Cardamom Body Butter, Twisted Cardamom Soap, Very Vedic Face Cream, Zergul Chamomile Soothing Balm and Zergul Chamomile Soap are all vegan. If you're ever unsure, you can see all the ingredients we use in every product on the product pages.

Do you offer samples?

Production of sample sachets requires plastic and plastic causes environmental issues! We strive hard to keep our production 95% plastic free, and believe in making environmentally friendly and sustainable choices

Are your containers recyclable?

We have specifically chosen frost-free glass jars with aluminum caps. Frost-free glass jars are recyclable or reusable, and aluminum caps. Aluminum can be recycled an infinite number of times, unlike plastic which can be recycled only twice or thrice.

Do you have anti-aging products?

Although aging is a natural life process, One can do it gracefully. Our highly nourishing and nurturing Very Vedic face cream is formulated with ingredients that are known to help with UV aging (pigmentation, dark spots, discoloration, etc.), elasticity and wrinkles. Furthermore, they nourish the skin to help even out one’s complexion and bring out the skin’s natural inner glow.

Very Vedic is deeply nourishing and nurturing but not a replacement for SPF.

Prevention is the first step towards protecting one’s skin from UV aging.

Do you have any products that help in preventing Acne?

Acne is an inflammatory disorder of the skin, where the sebaceous glands overproduce the sebum. Various studies have shown that most people with acne have extremely low levels of essential linoleic fatty acid, and these low levels in follicular epithelium induce acne producing conditions.

Our Twisted Cardamom face cream's formulation is such that it naturally contains high levels of essential linoleic fatty acids coming from hand-picked luxury ingredients, such that it addresses acne-inducing conditions. It also has ingredients that have strong antibacterial properties and helps keep acne-causing bacteria at bay.

Do you have any products for sensitive skin?

People with sensitive skin need gentle cleaning and moisturization, our Zergul Chamomile Soap and Zergul Chamomile Soothing Cream are specially formulated to do just that.

Why is my natural skincare product melting?

We do not use emulsifiers, fillers, stabilizers, thickeners, or waxes, so our delicate natural products packaged in glass jars are sensitive to temperature changes.

Our products are susceptible to softening or even melting in warmer temperatures as they sit in hot mailing trucks, mailboxes, or front porches.

While shipping poses a real challenge to our natural organic skin care company, we accept the challenge of maintaining the purity of our naturally nourishing and nurturing organic skin care. Although melted, the product does not lose its quality or nurturing and nourishing properties. We believe in using pure ingredients that actually help our skin versus adding ingredients that act as product stabilizers but could potentially harm our skin in the long run. We hope you agree.

What to do if the Face Cream/Body Butter melts?

Place a melted Face Cream or body butter in the refrigerator until firm.
Our whipping process gives our face creams, and body butters a soft mousse-like texture, just like whipping cream. However, if a whipped product melts, the air bubbles collapse, causing the volume to decrease. So, although the jar was filled to the top initially, there will be less volume in the container (since it has deflated), and the container may look reduced.
After cooling, melted Whipped Butter will be the consistency of our lip balm and is still a great moisturizer, and still only a little is needed to give the required skincare benefit, and it will still last provide the same amount of usage as it was supposed to originally
