Returns

Your happiness is our highest priority. If you are discontented with your SpinOrganics.com purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you have redeemed a complimentary promotional item with purchase, please be aware that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned items.

Only products purchased on SpinOrganics.com may be returned for a refund or exchange.

We can only accept returns on minimally used products (less than 1/8th of the product should be used). Jars that have been tampered with or filled with other creams are not eligible for returns.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on:

•  Items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.
• Gift cards.

Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
